Coffee was first brought to Peru in the 1700s, with the first exports in the late 1800s.  Nowadays much of the coffee from Peru is Fair Trade certified, which provides stability to the industry having previously been left in disarray following negative impact from political control.
Tasting Notes - Clean and light and sweet, mildly acidic.
Brew Methods - particularly good for filter & espresso
Origin - Most coffees are grown on the eastern slopes of the Andes, up to 2000m, harvested between March and September.
