Introducing our Brazil Sitio Da Torre Yellow Bourbon Natural coffee, sourced from the Mantiqueira de Minas region and grown on the Sítio da Torre estate by the Silva family. This coffee is made from the Yellow Bourbon varietal and is harvested between April and September at an altitude of 1,100 - 1,300 masl. The natural processing method brings out the flavors of roasted hazelnut, plum, caramel, and milk chocolate, resulting in a cupping score of 84. The estate has won 29 Cup of Excellence winning coffees, making this a truly exceptional coffee.
